so ready to detox my mind. i’m starting to remember what I used to be like before I ate my feelings with food. why the fuck would i need food to satisfy me? starting to calorie count again, and exercise more, I’m thinking maybe varying each day of the week with different amounts of calories (maybe the 2 4 6 8 diet?).
so far today:
B: scrambled egg with red pepper, tbsp evoo
L: half cucumber, 1c baby carrots, miso paste/mayo
D: 1/4 c rice (this is optional… will see how it goes)
Total: Without dinner thus far: 761. the mayo thing was a careless error. won’t happen again. otherwise my total would have been like 300. goddam
